THE ENTIRE PROCESS, EXPLAINED.

I. INQUIRE

SIMPLE AND EASY.

Your experience starts with an inquiry. Start by using my instant quote generator to get an estimated quote, then submit your inquiry form.

Soon after, I’ll follow up by email or text to learn more about your wedding, discuss what you’re envisioning, and provide a personalized, exact quote.

Your quote will include:

  • Base package

  • Travel fee ($0.50 per mile, round trip)

  • Lodging fee, if required

  • add-ons, such as additional guests or pets

  • Sales tax

Please note: If your venue requires an overnight stay, I can provide a confirmed lodging quote once your wedding is within 11 months, as Marriott reservations cannot be booked further in advance.

Once you’re happy with your quote, I’ll send you a contract and invoice. Your date is officially reserved once the contract is signed and the 50% nonrefundable retainer has been received.

II. PRE- WEDDING

REFINED WITH CARE

Four weeks prior to your wedding date, we meet over Zoom to refine your vision. From composition to atmosphere, every detail is curated with care and guidance to bring your vision to life. I typically present some posing ideas and photos of past photographed newlyweds in your venue space to figure out where and how to take your reference photo.

We also go over logistics, such as:

  • Your planner or day-of coordinator’s contact information

  • Your photographer’s information

  • My arrival, setup, and painting schedule

  • The best location for my easel within the reception space

  • Parking, venue access, and load-in instructions

After meeting, I’ll connect with your coordinator and photographer so everything is in place before your wedding day.

III. WEDDING DAY

SEAMLESSLY INTEGRATED

my full set-up.

On your wedding day, I’ll arrive approximately two hours before the reception begins for set-up. Before cocktail hour, I’ll meet with you and your photographer at the location we selected during our planning call to capture the reference photo for your painting.

With your photographer’s approval, I’ll provide an SD card for them to take the photograph while I guide the composition and positioning. If they prefer not to participate, I’ll happily capture the reference image with my own camera.

Finding the perfect shot typically takes about 15 minutes. Once it has been captured, you’re free to return to your celebration and enjoy the rest of your evening.

I’ll then upload and edit the reference photo before displaying it on my iPad. I’ll begin painting during cocktail hour, so by the time your guests enter the reception space, they’ll already be able to watch your artwork come to life.

A small tripod will be positioned behind my easel to capture guest reactions throughout the evening, as well as your final reveal.

I’ll paint live for approximately six hours. By the end of the reception, your painting will be about 80% complete and ready to be revealed before returning with me to the studio for its finishing details.

V. FINAL TOUCH

IN-STUDIO FINISH

Following your celebration, the painting returns to the studio. Refined over several weeks (10-12), then varnished for depth, richness, and preservation. When completed, the painting is shipped back to you (or locally picked up, ready to be cherished
