How It Works

1. Inquiry Form + Contract

  • Fill out inquiry form and I will receive all details about your wedding date. If I am already booked for your date, I will place you on a cancellation waitlist.

  • I require a 50% (60% for international weddings) non-refundable deposit to secure your date.

  • I send a contract to be signed, and from then on, your date is booked! From there, I secure transportation and invoice you.

2. Consultation

  • 4 weeks prior to your wedding, I will arrange a zoom call to talk about your painting.

  • I highly recommend allowing me to attend the photo session before/after your ceremony to get the best reference pictures for your painting.

  • During our planning, please feel free to share your vision! If you're unsure, I am here to provide expert suggestions.

3. The Wedding Day

  • I will arrive (around 2 hours) before your ceremony to capture reference videos and photos of your scene for the painting, as well as to set up.

  • I will paint up to 6 hours as your reception carries out, providing entertainment for you and your guests.

  • Before leaving, I will come find you to show the painting of the day. I will then take it to my studio for touch-up.

4. After Wedding

  • Touch-up will take about 12-16 weeks depending on its size.

  • I will varnish it to enhance the colors and protect the painting from UV rays, dust, and yellowing after receiving your final confirmation, which I'll provide by sending you a photo.

  • I will ship the painting to you or you can locally pick it up!

Your Questions, Answered

  • The difference between each package is the canvas size, and thus, the level of detail. All canvas sizes are large-scale, allowing for a high level of detail and realism. However, the larger sizes allow for more flexibility in capturing the complexity of the composition, or larger, more-detailed portraits.
